Focus: Small animals - dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits & turtles
$1,900 - $2,500 (<5 kg).
$2,500 - $3,800 (5.1 - 35 kg). Depends on time taken and number of puppies.
$150 - $200 for male cats, guinea pigs and rabbits.
$75 - $95 for male hamsters.
3. Castration (neuter) & anaesthetic - Male dogs with 2 descended testicles. Excludes e-collar, antibiotics, painkillers
$250 (<5 kg). $350 (5 - 14.9 kg).
$400 (15 - 24.9 kg). $450 (>25 kg)
Undescended testes.
Neuter male hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs $100-$150. Excludes medication & painkillers.
4. Vasectomy (no removal of testes). Additional $150 to castration (neuter) fees
$30 - 60. 9.30 am - 7 pm on weekdays and 9.30 am - 4 pm on weekends (except public holidays)
$50 (public holidays, after 5 pm)
$250 - $400 for house-calls. Depends on location and public holidays.
6. Debarking* & anaesthetic
Ventriculocordectomy (laryngotomy or ventral approach). Excludes antibiotics, painkillers & hospitalisation for 3 days.
$550 - $700 (small breeds like Miniature Schnauzers).
$700 - $950 (large breeds, 15 - 25 kg).
$200 - $300 for oral approach.
Depends on situation* and size of dog as alternatives to debarking are strongly advised.
$350 - $450. Two front paws.
8. De-ticking. $250 - $350 including sedation, clipping bald, bathing, tick removal.

10. Eye surgeries. Entropion surgery and eye corneal ulcer surgery & anaesthetic. Excludes antibiotics, painkillers & hospitalisation for 3 days.
$500 - $800 depending on the severity of the condition. Eye entropion surgery for Shar-Pei puppies.
Enucleation (eyeball removal)
11. Bone fractures.
12. Gastrotomy to remove foreign bodies in the stomach/intestine. $1,800 - $2,500. Exlcudes antibiotics, painkillers & IV drip. Gastrotomy educational video for vet students
13. General anaesthetic gas, isoflurane, excluding sedation. $100 (<5 min).
$300 (5-15 min). $400 (16-30 min).
$500 (31-45 min). $600 (46-60 min)
Sedation. $100 - $150 for sedation (size of dog)
Oxygen therapy. From $100 (<1 hour)

15. Lab tests
$60 Heart worm test (blood)/Parvovirus tests (faeces). Babesia tests, excluding PCR tests.

$380. Histology. Biopsy.
17. Spay & anaesthetic - female cats. Excludes E-collar, antibiotics, painkillers.

*9-in-one vaccine refers to disease protection against 9 diseases. These are the viruses of distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, coronavirus and 4 leptospirosis bacteria.
